来館時の注意事項 / Things to note before visiting our office

● 入館時間 / Entry Time

   来館時は、予約時間の5分前から入館いただけます。それより前に到着された場合、館内でお待ちいただけない場合があります。

   ※当館待合室の混雑回避のため、予約時間に合わせてご来館ください。

   You may enter our office 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to come back at the scheduled time. ※ To prevent overcrowding in the waiting area please arrive at your designated appointment time.

● 予約時間に遅延した場合 / If You Are Late for Your Appointment

   予約時間から10分が経過した場合、予約は自動的にキャンセルされます。

   もし予約時間にご来館ができない場合は、オンラインにて日程変更またはキャンセルの手続きをお願いします。急な場合やオンラインでの手続きができない場合は、当館までご連絡ください。

   Your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 10 minutes late.
If you are unable to come, please reschedule or cancel your appointment online.
For a last-minute cancellations, or if you are unable to make changes online, please contact us directly.

● 予約IDの確認 / Confirmation ID

   来館時には、予約IDのあるメールを警備員と受付係までご提示ください。

   When you arrive, please show the email with your Confirmation ID to the security staff and reception.

● 提出書類の準備 / Preparation of Required Documents

   手続きをスムーズに進められるよう、お待ちの間に必要書類をご準備いただきますよう、ご協力お願いいたします。

   Please get all necessary documents ready to submit while you wait.
